Unresolved issues with lifetime subscriptions
I have been using, albeit not regularly the app; hence my 2-month subscriptions. Since I found the app to be very good during ongoing subscription, back in May 2021 I have purchased the lifetime access (promotional offer). However, my account shows that I have no subscription whatsoever and no access to the programs. The first time I have sent a message, I got a reply that the issue has been resolved while it has not been resolved. The second time I have sent a message no one replied. Today, I have sent a third message as I still have no access to the programs. Quite disappointing.
