What lets it down is how the step goals keep going up to insane levels that there isn’t enough time in the day to do. I loved these challenges and paid for the premium membership but having to do over 24000 steps a day when you have a desk job is madness

I joined stepbet on the recommendation of a friend as I had been struggling to make my daily step goals. Now I have new enthusiasm for stepping. The news feed is a little clunky but the concept is great.

Great app for keeping motivated to exercise, simple to use, great community and the money incentive is a fantastic bonus!!!

I've played a couple of the Beta games. They are very receptive to feedback and troubleshoot issues quickly. I love the challenge - I had become quite settled doing 10-12 thousand steps a day and this has made me realise I can fit in much more. I'd give more stars if they had variations like steps per week rather than a fixed number per day

After completing a game, it takes forever to make a payout to get ur money back. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 weeks, and it keeps saying $0 or the amount I’m supposed to receive. It keeps saying pending at the top and it’s so frustrating!!!

I was very excited to use this app. I became very motivated knowing there was money on the line. I invested $40. I won the game I joined. I was not a member, so instead of winning $57 I won $48. However, the game claims my email and PayPal account do not match. So they would not payout my account… They wanted proof. A picture of my drivers license and screenshots of both accounts. This does not sit well with me as they EASILY took money from my account. “Fany” the customer service rep was of no help. Enjoy the $40, StepBet. I will not recommend this app to anyone.

I loved the app while doing a monthly challenge but had finished it end of May and it won’t let me get my money from PayPal! I am getting upset! I type in my email and it says it sends it and my STEPBET amount will go to $0 but then I check my PayPal account and it never comes! So then it gets sent back to STEPBET and then I have kept trying and nothing! I want my money.
