I booked a dolly to remove furniture from my house. I was heavily relying on them and they never showed up. Even despite booking a dolly

I was referred by a friend when I was in need of moving some boxes to my storage unit. I was impressed and will definitely be using Dolly again and I highly recommend!

My helpers Tim and Jacob were phenomenal, punctual & professional. MY DOLLY HELPERS WERE THEE BEST!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! However as a first time Dolly app user and this was my first reservation...your Dolly app and support team missed the mark. Having my reservations cancelled more than once while my money was held for over 48 hours, not being notified as to why my reservations were cancelled, & then being told I was a fraud alert but my money was not which was still holding. To be followed by a vague explanation as to why I was a fraud alert in the first place, coupled with Dolly still holding my money day 3 or 4, my clearing the fraud alert on my now banned Dolly account and finally getting my Dolly reservation completed on Saturday being called and notified that my card was now declined for payment....so Support so not there yet! (Please picture my finger....you choose which one conveying what you feel is the correct emotion for said experience.) Again, operational improvements can and should be made....this could be a helpful app for a lot of people. Thank you!

Muhammad and his helper worked quickly and efficiently. They took great care of our personal belongings.

Hired labor cancelled 5 hours before the start of the job. Left me in a bind. Don’t bother with this service.

We paid $151.00 to have our theater seating delivered. They couldn’t deliver because, according to them, they had no one to deliver it. This went on for 2 days straight. I am waiting on my money to be refunded back into my account. Never will I ever use them again.

I hired Dolly to move a dresser. The driver ran through the gate at my storage unit: since it was later in the day no one was at the storage unit. The damage is approximately $800 & I can’t reach the helper and dolly will not accept any liability and will not release any information on the driver!! Stay away from Dolly. Oh and by the way you can’t speak to anyone at Dolly directly except the call center who only instructs their employees to say we can’t transfer you to speak to anyone so send another email !

Dolly does not guarantee a mover will be assigned to your job and does not notify you if no one is coming. This service is a complete gamble if someone will be around to take the job or not and is not at all reliable. Dolly support responds with 1-2 repetitive “apologies for the inconvenience” and offers nothing more to rectify issues. Would give 0 stars if I could. Use Lug instead.
