First I received too many promo push notifications. then I tried to change preferenced in the app, but was forced to update. After update I can’t log in and get some Javascript error: JS_QuickAccessDetailsRespone_js#15 What is this?

Sim recieved at the airports and topped up for 28 days expired in 3 days. Unexpected and can’t recieve a refund. Terrible and inconsistent service. Decided to give Du secondhand chance with home wireless internet - same result. Total disappointment

I replenished my balance through the app, after 10 minutes I was unauthorized, after re-authorization, the balance is 0. And support can't help me get my 99 aed back on balance. Awful.

This app doesn’t help at all, any issue which is out of the standard scenario makes you running in circles with a buggy useless chat bot and support agents which reply for years. And if you eventually bored to wait for response chat can be closed and then everything starts again. And the cherry on the pie it won’t ever be changed as Du is a monopolist on the market.

My application number is 1/390042740456. A disgusting experience ! A bunch of people who get paid and can 't solve an elementary question ! I will write a complaint to TDRA! I hope all the guilty will be punished !
