Usually it’s not opening or have a problem with apple last version mobile. Not recommended at all for everyone. And for DU team who will reply , spend your time to fix the app , than your image will get fix by it self.

Don’t force people to update the app we need to use it to recharge to make important calls I didn’t have data to update, that’s inconvenient

Bad connection if present very weak not cover whole house You must sit next to Router that is before connection totally lost

We are facing a problem with the App on two iPhones. We can’t launch the app and it crashes immediately once you press on the app icon

Many Proplems with the payment methods and you double charge and don’t give it back.

I’ve been lied to and fed misinformation constantly through your team just so they can get a 10/10 survey feed back which is absolutely ridiculous!! I saw an offer for free promotional data for purchasing a new registered payg sim card on the app, when I went to claim it the app crashed and when re-loading it disappeared so I did the worst thing possible ever which is calling customer service and after waiting for more than 45 minutes on the queue just to speak to an agent they told me they’ll check some information and put me on hold for 20 minutes without asking if its ok or not!!!! 20 minutes hold!! What absurdity and to top it off I was told in 2 hours it’d get resolved and I’d get my data and guess what, that didn’t happen so I had to call again and experience THE SAME EXACT THING!! and still didn’t work and I can’t even reach customer service due to the high queue!! Wasting an hour or two of my day for absolutely nothing! Then when I finally was able to escelate it to an agent to get a manager call back the agent was rude, interrupting and didn’t end the call so I wouldn’t receive the survey!!!! I was told id get a manager call back within exactly 30 minutes, 1 hour pass and I don’t get a call back!! And I had to waste another hour calling JUST TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, What audacity then the MANAGER ( sedan gokul ) didn’t solve anything , didn’t even think about compensating me for the time wasted and to top it off was giving me an attitude on the call!!!! This can’t be right, I’m taking this whole experience to every single platform on social media, all the calls are recorded you can go ahead and listen to them and see what happened in them!!! Absolutely horrendous service that Ill do my best to not recommend to anyone.
