For the second time in maybe two months there always an issue with the app. You can’t access your account or check anything from it. Everything you need you will have to visit a Du store and they may tell you check the app which is not loading.

Not acceptable for Du app to be with that slow . ‘ This is taking longer than expected !!

I charged with 50 dirhams and it didn’t reflect in the system

Every few weeks, the application requires me to log in again. However, when I press the login button, it gets stuck on a loading screen indefinitely. The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app to regain access. Additionally, if my data bundle is exhausted, I must wait to connect to Wi-Fi to purchase a new one. Even if I have sufficient funds in my account, the application does not function without an active data connection.

The application is hanging and not open

Since the last update 2 weeks back, application is not working, it keeps loading and no interface shows at all, my phone and my wife’s phone as well, both are iphones

After latest upgrade app is not working at all only when I uninstall it then install it it work, should I do the same every time I use the app!!!

It is very slow and loading all the time without going to the next page

Your du app is more down than running. Your auto reply customer care is useless. Very disappointing customer service.
