Am surprised from the level of costumer service that DU provides to its clients!
it is literally horrible!!!
when i change my home location and i raise internet relocation request since one week and i have been called more than 2 times by different people with the uncertain information! then one of then said directly “ sorry sir we cant help you as your duty hours doesn’t match with our available slots “
i went to chat service and the lady “eman gamal” said the relocation is done as per the system!
now am still without any internet connection without any solutions and paying for every day 😔
Worst service and application
Don’t use the du application to request any service as it doesn't reflect to the customer service system.
I request to close my account through the application and paid any extra fees as I wont in the country anymore yet I still received bill and when i called the customer service they answered there isnt any request despite attaching the request screen shoot

Good app but forces users to update
Please, don’t force the users to update. Make it optional because sometimes we need Roaming but instead we have to consume more data updating the app before subscribing for roaming
It’s applied for any quick services, we have to forcefully update the app first, which isn’t convenient.
Outdated
App is outdated on other carrier you can install esim from the app without going to the store
Wi-Fi
A very bad company and dealing bad and the Internet is not at a level worthy of a mouse using the Internet that is not human. I need to restart the router every 5 minutes to use the internet. I've been talking to customer service for a month to find a solution and there is no solution.
شركه سيئه جداً والتعامل سئ و النت شئ ليس بمستوي يليق ب فأر يستخدم انترنت ليس بشر. بحتاج اني اعمل restart الروتر كل ٥ دقايق عشان استخدم النت. بقالي شهر بكلم خدمه العملاء عشان نلاقي حل ومافي حل
