Payments don’t reflect real time

I had ghc 16.00, and paid ghc 50.00. After loading my token, my new balance is now ghc 56.00 instead of ghc66.00. This is bad business because we all struggling and I don’t believe you should robe from the poor

ECG app is really poor to the extend that they can approve your money but can’t get your credit on time

Was debited but transaction failed

You guys no see madness before errr since yesterday I’ve bought 80ghc worth of pre paid and all you guys will say failed ok now gimme back my money the app is Telling me that they can’t give me back my money

What kind of app is this, that every time you have to update it

Always update ad3n.. every 4days update ah

But why every one or two weeks we have to update the app

When I buy power it doesn’t load immediately it takes days how can we move on with this? My light went of on Sunday and I bought power the light came Tuesday evening, How?
