It’s a nice App. However, you unable to check your balance.

The meter balance on the power app is mot accurate, it does not match what shows on the physical meter

Why?? Do you guys give us data bundle to be updating the app each and every time. Anytime I try to purchase prepaid, I will be asked to update the app. This is too much.

It is easy and convenient 💥👌

I love the fact that you can be anywhere and just make payment or to be precise buy power anytime , anyday but just recently I updated to your current version of app and it’s not even allowing me to login nor do anything again.I have reported it to your reps and yet nothing up.

When you click the update it doesn’t update

Please ECG this is a good app for us but please kindly see through your app and do this for us I mean the update balance. it keeps the same account balance after when you update

If you buy credit like 70gh less then a day it will finish why is the a problem or so please can you explain better
