Why is the new update not working for iPhone

waste of time using this app

I got this app to see my consumption and track my meter balance but it doesn’t move from the number I loaded and I’m always blindsided when it runs out. Please fix this feature

Best app but I have issues with topping up my prepaid account, I used my meter number n account number, I added them to the app when I try to make payment to my prepaid it always says meter offline, so I used the same account added it to postpaid section made payment 100ghc it went through alright but I don’t see then money on my meter card or meter itself,,,tries contact ECG on Facebook n sent email no one has replied to me,,, poor service that’s why I gave it 2 stars

I live in Canada and can now check my prepaid metre usage and balance in Ghana. Shhhhhh! No one in the house know I have the access. Now I can cross check their requests for top up.

App stopped working after rebranding from PDS to ECG. Can’t log into account, reset password or create a new account

The meter balance on the power app is mot accurate, it does not match what shows on the physical meter

Why?? Do you guys give us data bundle to be updating the app each and every time. Anytime I try to purchase prepaid, I will be asked to update the app. This is too much.
