Why? Basic functionality. Add this.

New eero app design is just terrible. And I have to relearn how to use (utility!!) app.

I am still missing some features in the UI. As the eero does not use web interface we need more functions in the app. Also please add more types of devices since the smart home function is growing to many devices. 1 star down because thread credentials are not storing and syncing well into Apple’s keychain.

I had to delete and reinstall the app in order to get it working again after update.

After update the application frequently logs off. To log on again requires verification code, but it doesn’t work, neither email nor phone number seems to work. It takes hours to log on again. Sorry, but it is useless.

New design from 3.0.0 is very tragedy! Why you changed something that works.... Simple design was basic pillar for Eero. Amazon activity was not helpful with new design :-(

Took four hours to set up. Had to delete network and start again twice. And I have a MBA.

Release Mac app asap. Would be neat to have a large widget to turn off internet access without having to go to app. Needs some type of live traffic viewing input / output.

App badge notifications are useless (making them idiotic). The counter shows alerts and, 100% OF THE TIME, when I attempt to view the notification there is NOTHING to view. This problem was never addressed/fixed yet is a glaring, significant design flaw reported by many users. Do the developers not care? Can’t they figure out how to fix this? Apathy, pure apathy. Turned off badge count notifications.
