ENOC PAY

Unable to login to the app. Everytime it says account credentials are incorrect. Contacted the enoc team and they never looked into this.

Worst app and worst developer… always crash at pump and waste out time there.. once you try with your app, then it’s will not show any fueling or transactions, also payment showing processing in petrol machine for long time

It seems that the app developers/ owners are not looking at the CRM data on transaction failures. At last 3 occasions, I wasn’t able to pay using the app & had to get off the car to tap my card on the machine. One instance is understandable but not the recurring ones. I wish ADNOC was enroute to my home/office, since ADNOC Pay is seamless. Urge ENOC to sincerely upgrade the app/ see the number of successful vs failed transactions.

Please make sure to work properly or else withdraw from App Store

It’s dead slow, a tortoise would be faster....keeps hanging, sms send comes only when you have 20-30 seconds for expiry. Any login or registration is taking ages...overall a very useless app

Always shows Maintanance and never works in zoom

Extremely slow. Also made me register my card twice even though it was already added to app earlier. Now the same card shows twice in the stored cards.

The is sending 1 dhs sms message every few seconds. Worried how to remove the card details from the app

The app is very slow to begin with. Just receiving the validation sms took half an hour. I tried using it for fuel payment and the amount got deducted from my bank but does not reflect in the Enoc system.
