Miranda is excellent, however not all the videos are same quality. However, beware the customer service. Sage, at Customer Service phone line, says you were billed incorrectly and will fix it and carefully confirms your email & phone, yet never contacts you back. Vimeo, per website email, never reads your emails, but constantly responds from overseas with repetitive, nonhelpful messages which ignore your questions. Canadian taxes have skyrocketed. A big mess.

Miranda Esmonde-White focuses on movement that builds strength and flexibility. I know it works, not because I’m sweating buckets but because I feel good. I start every day with a 23 min. Classical Stretch and break up my day with 5 minute breaks from the Desk Workout Collection. I end my workday with a 15 min. mini workout to stretch after sitting at my desk all day. All together the same amount of time I would spend doing a workout before but this feels good and works!

I have been doing Essentrics most every day for several years. It is a gentle way to maintain strength and flexibility. There are no barriers because I do it at home in my pajamas before I drink my coffee. It’s part of my morning routine.

This is my second time back in this program. I really like the simplicity of these stretches that are so powerful!

Love these carefully-crafted movement routines. If you have soreness or pain (arthritis) these movements will ease-and sometimes eliminate - it in a gentle, targeted way. The instructors offer a wealth of information about how your body moves and how you can move in a more productive way. I never realized that to achieve good balance you need strength. The program offers a very wide variety of timed and targeted sessions also

I’ve tried many exercise programs over the years, but this is the first one I’ve actually stuck with. As a 5 something female who wants to keep moving, who is also dealing with sciatica, I was thrilled to find that this program includes a dedicated series specifically for pain and sciatica relief. The exercises are gentle yet effective, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in my mobility and pain levels. It’s clear that this program is thoughtfully designed with people like me in mind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an accessible, well-rounded exercise routine that truly works. Excellent program!

I’m am now 77 and feel like a young 77 since doing Essentrics for about 3 years now. I love the way it makes me feel, I love that it’s always available, and that my legs are stronger and my posture is better. I love that it is using all my joints and muscles and facia every time I do any of the programs. I’ve done some of the 70s I’ve done some of the 60s and sometimes I do the 50s and feel good about all of it. I’ve also done lots of other exercise over the years Pilates, yoga, strength, training, etc. and I always seem to hurt myself. However, now I feel really stronger and pain-free. We travel a lot in the summer and I do it on my iPad and hotel rooms or wherever I am. I am grateful to have found this by accident and will continue doing it forever. Thank you

I asked for a year subscription for my 69th birthday. I have doing Essentrics since Season 6 on PBS. The program has been transformative for mind, body and spirit. I have also attended a retreat in Estes Park as well. I would like to give the app a 4.5 because my sister and I wish we could organize our Essentrics Libraries with folders or at least be able to group workouts by moving workouts up or down in the library. We are hoping creators see this and maybe they can add this ability to organize content. So 5 stars for content and 4.5 for app.
