I can’t search for trains (either the search doesn’t load at all, or it shows no trains for any future dates) and now I can’t even load my bookings and it keeps giving me errors. What’s the point of having an app if you need to switch to your mobile browser to actually do anything? Also, not being able to live track trains, get notified of delays or see which platforms you’re leaving from is so annoying. If NS can do it, why can’t you?

Sinds een paar dagen opent hij niet. Blauw scherm is na een tel weer weg, dat is alles. Vervelend, ik reis alleen al in mei en juni naar Londen.
This is my 2nd Eurostar experience after they took over Thalys (ROT Paris return). And I’m quite disappointed with the service. Everyone just barges into the train, some passengers not sure if it was the correct section, resulting a bottleneck during boarding. And passengers just put their luggage in the middle of the aisle, obviously there was no attendant in sight who can advise where to keep luggage as most often the case the luggage area are already full. The area between the seat and window were dusty and dirty. Not nice! And most importantly the charging points weren’t working on both seats. Would appreciate if Eurostar can look into these very basic items! Apart from being 20 mins late.
Useless app. It does not provide any travel updates concerning delays or from which track the train departures.
This app is incredibly bad, I wish I could give it zero star. It is entirely dysfunctional, full of bugs and is unbelievably frustrating to use. Customer support will serve you useless and debilitating advices in a hopeless move to make you feel better about your terrible customer experience. A real disgrace across the board.
You need the barcode ticket to get out of the station in NL stations. Seconds after you arrive at the station and get off the train, the barcode ticket can’t be opened/accessed anymore. You need it to exit the station. It should remain available for at least 12 hours afterwards. Not sure of the value in making it disappear?
