The concept is good, but the app is poor, and the management is even worse.
I used the app for quite a while, and while I think the idea is great, the experience was disappointing. The customer care team did not respond to my inquiries multiple times, and I had to call them to unlock the car. On one occasion, it took them over an hour to assist me! Additionally, there was a time when I couldn't access the car despite having an ongoing rental because it was parked in another apartment building. Although a representative from the app told me it was okay to rent that car, the building manager refused to let me take it. Which lead me to delete my account with them!
