Bad app
After I login App keeps requesting verification through face recognition and scan of id using nfc feature using the uae identification card. It never works, it tells me my id isn’t mine and my face isn’t matching when I attempt to login. Calling for days to get support, got nowhere. Went to the branch close to home they said you have to call. Called again the automated system ridiculously keeps me on hold without ever been able to get to a real person. I would not recommend neither the app nor the bank. Will rate at half star if allowed.
Terrible register ux
New app update and last one on iPhone is horrible. Terrible ux, the dev team obviously uses androids. I upgraded to iphone 15 and can’t login now. Moving all my money to wio bank
App won’t stop loading and is super slow
Stupid app won’t even bring me to the login screen for my pin half the time. Constantly asking for a OTP which is good for security, but asking EVERY SINGLE TIME with a 1 minute timer becomes an issue when I can’t contact the other person I share the services with. Ends up even locking people out of the account when you can’t put in the OTP. Tried checking my account today and the app won’t even bring me to the login screen. Great bank but horrible and frustrating app. Needs better maintenance and management.

This app is down for maintenance a lot more than normal banking app. The app is also slow and clunky making the experience poor. 3 star is probably more than what it deserves in the current form.
