Disappointing service and poor quality of goods
I have a silver access and was looking forward to get gold and so on. One day I bought a pair of beautiful nike air scorpion sneakers with air sole. I wore them carefully in the city just few times when one sole turned out to be damaged. They are unsuitable for wearing now. I had never have such problems with any piece of clothes and shoes before. Therefore I believe these sneakers has a poor quality as I even cannot go for a walk with them. I wrote to the support about this problem and asked to refund because of poor quality of shoes. The support person asked photos of the damage, I sent them. Some time later the support person notified me that a partner boutique had seen the photos and decided not to refund. I thought they will ask the sneakers for the expertise but they just looked at photos. Are you serious?They just said that: «it was deemed by the partner that the current condition of the piece is due to Wear & Tear of the piece, and some abrasion markings may appear due to the nature of the materials. For this reason we are unable to take any further actions». Then I asked how I can file a compliant for the partner boutique and the quality of the product. Since that moment the support person stopped the communication. Since that time nobody has answered me. I believe this is inappropriate client service. Farfetch ignores its clients, so I do not recommend this platform. I also do not recommend nike sneakers as they are very poor quality nowadays. They used to be more durable.
