Awful service, slow logistics, irresponsible approach
I ordered sunglasses on 21st of December, with the delivery date of 27th of December to 30th of December 2024. On 27th I received an email that my glasses are finally on the way ON THE DAY OF THEIR SUPPOSED DELIVERY DATE - they were supposed to be shipped already, not just sent. New delivery date is January 7th, which is NEXT YEAR. Dear Farfetch employees, I believe Farfetch considers itself as a premium brand seller and charges for shipment within EU - then why the shipment is so bad? I received an email from your side that there is some issue on the side of logistics, but why it should bother me? It’s your responsibility to deliver item on time, as you write delivery date in the app. You are responsible for your logistics, not me. It took you a week (from December 21st to December 27th) to simply send item that was in stock. You charge 12 euro for a shipment like this? Since I bought these glasses as a gift for a NY, your inefficient work ruined the gift.
