Why do I have to accept terms and conditions every time I open the app in the new update?

I don’t know if this an iOS issue or general. My app keeps hanging. Deleted and reinstalled and it’s still the same this. This is becoming annoying and it delays me. Kindly look into this bug. Also could we get a feature that helps hide account balance whenever we open our app. Thanks

can’t enter the app why and how this bank is not first its last bank

The app is stressful to use , accepting T&A every time performing transaction , Network delays affect Otp most time in that case transaction wld be delayed !

Pls privacy should be number one priority why can’t someone hide his/her balance for god sake.

It keeps freezing for no reason and it’s so slow I’m finna cry

Why does this app hang when trying to make transfer to their banks? I should point out that the transfer works sometimes

Dear Firstbank, Why don’t we have a hide toggle switch next to the account balance, at least common sense should tell you guys to put it there for privacy and security reasons, imagine me logging into my bank app in public and everyone can see my account balance, it’s ridiculous. Do better pls

Why we can’t log up as new users after the apps was used by someone on that same phone?? for years i am thinking that First Bank are the most serious among others, but i was disappointed. Before i was using iphone 6 plus, the apps is working somehow good and somehow bad, but what? we managed After i changed the phone, from 6plus to 6s plus, i deleted the apps from my 6plus, than i reinstalled it so that my friend that bought my 6plus can log up but damn’t we found no sign up except sign-in we deleted and reinstalled over and over but all in vain Also in my current 6s plus same thing happened, now i can’t use this apps lot of transactions i need to make but i can’t😰 Actually i regret using this apps. pls you guys have to do something
