Why do I have to accept terms and conditions every time I open the app in the new update?

I have tried several times to use my hard token for transactions but it kept saying transaction authentication failed. This is so frustrating 😩😩

This app is the worst ever…I want to transfer some amount of money and it keeps asking me for otp which I’m not receiving.

So the app updated by itself and now it’s not working! Like why? Please fix your app!!!!!

I don’t know if this an iOS issue or general. My app keeps hanging. Deleted and reinstalled and it’s still the same this. This is becoming annoying and it delays me. Kindly look into this bug. Also could we get a feature that helps hide account balance whenever we open our app. Thanks

can’t enter the app why and how this bank is not first its last bank

The app is stressful to use , accepting T&A every time performing transaction , Network delays affect Otp most time in that case transaction wld be delayed !

Pls privacy should be number one priority why can’t someone hide his/her balance for god sake.

It keeps freezing for no reason and it’s so slow I’m finna cry

Why does this app hang when trying to make transfer to their banks? I should point out that the transfer works sometimes
