You have to purchase on the app in order to get points. You have to log in every single time because the app logs you out. It's annoying honestly. Also you can't really redeem your points. I have tried everything to use my points and for some reason it says "you don't have the qualifying items". It's clearly not useful so will be removing the app.

Why do I need to sign in EVERY TIME I use it? Seems like a basic cache problem but it’s been going on forever.

Apple Pay does not work and app does not save password. Very wonky.

It's slow and buffers. Needs to update completely and sign out everytime

Unable to remove item from app. Unable to easily switch between pick up and delivery. Very frustrating. Not usable at all.

I was missing sauces from my order

Paid $15 on the Ap for chicken bowl and soda. Got to the store and the advertised special was $10.99.

I ordered on the app, it processed my order with confirmation, but when I arrive to pick up, they are closed. App would not allow me to cancel order and now I have the headache of disputing charge.
