You will find everything you need in one app: workouts for different muscle groups, intensive or slow, long or just 5 minutes burners, several days challenges to help you start your journey 👍 And you can also download workouts to watch them without internet ✨ This app is a real life saver, especially with empowering, kind and warm Sami’s voice, helping you to get through the workout, believing in yourself and feeling so grateful for your body afterwards! 💪💕

As much as I love workouts with Sami, the usability of the app is horrible! It keeps hanging and it is also impossible to watch the videos fullscreen!

love this app use it almost every day !

I like the workouts in general however the app won’t let me sign in. There’s no button “sign in” and when you go to the help center it says to go to subscribe and “restore purchase” when this button or option doesn’t even exist on iOS. It’s frustrating.
