You will find everything you need in one app: workouts for different muscle groups, intensive or slow, long or just 5 minutes burners, several days challenges to help you start your journey 👍 And you can also download workouts to watch them without internet ✨ This app is a real life saver, especially with empowering, kind and warm Sami’s voice, helping you to get through the workout, believing in yourself and feeling so grateful for your body afterwards! 💪💕

It’s a great app for accountability

The app has a beautiful design, great nutrition and Sami gives good training cues, which is rare for workout videos. However, making an account in the app was extremely difficult and frustrating, the free trial didn’t work on the phone and even after I succeeded, my subscription didn’t work on other devices (although promised). The music choice in the videos made me stressed. The workouts themselves have almost no warming up, which is okay if you do a separate warming up video, however this wasn’t mentioned. Now you directly enter pretty heavy exercises which is not suitable for anyone above the age of 30 or who is a beginner to working out. I really appreciate Sami on Youtube and her vision on health and fitness, however as a personal trainer myself, I can say the workouts aren’t designed properly. I had high expectations but will not continue the subscription and try out other apps for when I want to train on the go..
