You will find everything you need in one app: workouts for different muscle groups, intensive or slow, long or just 5 minutes burners, several days challenges to help you start your journey 👍 And you can also download workouts to watch them without internet ✨ This app is a real life saver, especially with empowering, kind and warm Sami’s voice, helping you to get through the workout, believing in yourself and feeling so grateful for your body afterwards! 💪💕

So easy to follow, so many options, hard workouts, and makes working out at home an option and really easy! This can be for everyone!

Can’t recommend Sami’s workouts enough

I love using this as my main workout app. Very user friendly and the workouts are great. I also appreciate that there is always new videos and programs coming out which keeps me on my toes. The only suggestions I would have is that I wish we can make our own playlists in the list section of the app. I love to categorize different workouts based off my individual needs rather than only rely on the programs and playlists provided. Also, I wish there was an indication that I have completed the workout. Some check mark to help me feel accomplished and avoid unintentionally doing the same workout again. It would also be cool if there was a streak on the app or some kind of record of all of the things accomplished. I find those stats quite encouraging and it gives me a better sense of where I am at in my fitness journey. I have absolutely no complaints about the workouts or recipes. I think they are fantastic and very user friendly. Can’t wait to see what’s next!!
