Remember when it just directed you to the website? That was better than this app. You can’t even check out as it just keeps kicking you back to the basket. It was fun having you Game but you are now, truly, trash.

App won’t let me input an email address so I can add digital credit to my basket. Really need to be sorted GAME must be missing out on sales because of this issue!

Ordering is fine, cancellation of orders is terrible They want you to send in a PDF of the order that you wish to cancel who’s going to do that !

Online chat service needs reviewing on iPhone. Can’t see what you’re typing and can’t copy/paste information.

So the app used to be pretty decent, back before they changed the whole loyalty rewards to the current rubbish. Had more than a few issues, although not only from the app but their website too. Seems you can get all the way to your order payment, but if you prefer to use PayPal as some of us do due to buyer protection along with being able to split payments into 3, then everything goes through as expected, payment gets taken and then you’re stuck in a loop of payment choice and nothing further after that. PayPal refunds after 24 hrs but I’d rather the purchase go through as I’ve missed out on a lot of deals due to this. Tried contacting customer services, get the generic email about having my issue and someone will reply up to 14 days due to busy time of year, then they just send another automated response that the issue has been resolved and no longer needing to speak to anyone. Company has become a disgrace the last few years, a shell of its former self, such a shame

Absolutely poor company has lost my pre orders and the app is worse than it has been before.

Customer services is a disgrace!

Do not purchase from the company. They are not the same as they used to be during the early 2000’s. You will not receive your item on release day. Parcels are lost during delivery. They charge £5 delivery for each item. So if you have more then one item in your basket, they will charge you per item. They are over priced and selection is a fraction of what they used to sell. The customer service is diabolical. There is no phone number to contact them anymore. Web chat are never online and contacting them by email takes over a week for a reply. I advise anyone not to purchase from them for Christmas. You will give yourself pain, headaches and regret.

I wish I could use sites like Klarna to pay. I would be encouraged to buy larger orders too.

You’ve ruined the app completely the old update you had a points system in place that you could use on the app I don’t have any of this now it’s like the app is trying to switch over to the layout of the web browser you also used to be able to hold games in front of the camera and see how much it would cost to trade in and you seem to have completely removed that as well the whole app has been ruined with this update tbh
