Tried at the Expo2020 health & wellness centre. Though the bookings on the app might be good, the one in actual may be a problem. Sometimes they cancel the booking citing a reason but it only comes as a notification and vanishes by the time one can read the whole thing. There’s no email sent for the cancellations from their end. When you’re playing badminton, you might just find some other guys playing volleyball on the side and the ball might just hit you. There’s just waiting for you to vacate the court.

This is the 10th time I have deleted and added the app to my phone. My children have swimming lessons and this app runs so slow, I'd rather just call and schedule the appointments. 🤦🏾‍♀️

The only reason i didn’t give GloFox 5 stars is because I wish it would list who signed up. You have the option to save your space. I wish it would atomically save my space and put a name there. It does not let you save a space for all classes only certain classes.

In the year 2024, payment processors are a dime a dozen but this app manages to make updating your payment method a nightmare. The app is not intuitive, full of errors, and confusing to navigate. You cannot select which payment method you prefer nor resubmit a payment. I had a credit card stolen which froze a gym membership when they attempted to take payment from the cancelled card—this app will not let me resubmit payment to any updated methods and meanwhile I’m locked out of my membership. Glofox can do better.

Simple app, easy to use, stable, and they fixed the add to calendar bug 👍👍

App is good for class members to book. Not great for personal training. You can not book past events outside of a clients current payments… so if you missed scheduling a previous session you can’t go back to book/document it. Reports are pretty vanilla. Can not set a date range for projected payments, it lazily projects the next 30 days from the day you are on. Which does not help much when you have monthly goals like most clubs do. Payroll feature only allows you to pay a trainer a flat rate and not a percentage of a session rate. Which means if you have clients at varying session/special rates you can not utilize payroll. Communication/support is average. Problems often take over a day to resolve.

I came here to say a couple months ago my ‘add to calendar’ stopped working, only to see many are posting that their calendar is working again after an update. I never had problems with it before. Please help fix for everyone.
