1. Don’t show free parking place. I have to find it by your self. If you don’t it is your problem. And of course you pay for this searching time. 2. No one monitors the frequency of the salon. So it could be durty and has bad smell. For example somebody left cap a full coffee in our car. 3. Strange system with subscription. You pay for 40 euros and it should be free 15 minutes. But we used it for 72 minutes. According to the price it should be (72-15)*0,26= 14,82 But they charged 16,24 4. You can’t leave the car everywhere you want. You have the do it only in special parking place. But it could be not free or just use by another car, even nor car sharing. So I don’t recommend this app.
Malta
I took a car on Malta after arriving at my destination I was not able to park it although I was on the parking slot with a GOTO sign. The app showed the parking is not available, I change the parking but without any success. I spent 30 minutes to park the car and after that I called support, they told me that it happens sometimes and closed my ride. So I had to spend extra 15eur to park the car, it took 40 minutes to park it. I canceled my subscription after that.

Absolute worse customer experience ever
They charged an invoice twice when I reversed the double charge they deactivated my account with no communication what so ever. This is crazy. Then when I called in they recharged the payment and said they can’t reactivate my account for “security” reasons. Ridiculous.
