1. Don’t show free parking place. I have to find it by your self. If you don’t it is your problem. And of course you pay for this searching time. 2. No one monitors the frequency of the salon. So it could be durty and has bad smell. For example somebody left cap a full coffee in our car. 3. Strange system with subscription. You pay for 40 euros and it should be free 15 minutes. But we used it for 72 minutes. According to the price it should be (72-15)*0,26= 14,82 But they charged 16,24 4. You can’t leave the car everywhere you want. You have the do it only in special parking place. But it could be not free or just use by another car, even nor car sharing. So I don’t recommend this app.

the support was the whole time really good, but if you need help with refunding, than it’s anything else than good.

Die Erfahrung mit GoTo war einfach furchtbar! Wir haben den Service der App mehrere Tage lang genutzt, um auf Malta umherzufahren, dabei sind wir immer wieder in allen Hinsichten enttäuscht worden. Die Autos waren ausnahmslos immer dreckig und beschädigt und der Kundenservice ist das aller letzte! Wir hatten mehrmals die Situation, dass wir zu einem Parkplatz (von denen es viel zu wenige gibt) navigiert wurden, der dann durch ein anderes Fahrzeug besetzt war oder in einer Einbahnstraße lag, wodurch wir den Parkplatz nicht legal erreichen konnten. Wenn man daraufhin den Kundenservice kontaktierte lies dieser immer zwischen 15 und 30 Minuten auf sich warten. Die Wartezeit wurde natürlich vollständig abgerechnet, wodurch jede Fahrt extrem teuer wurde. Das meiste Geld, was wir für GoTo ausgegeben haben, haben wir nicht für das Fahren, sondern für das auf den Kundenservice warten und für die Parkplatzsuche ausgegeben! Eine Woche nachdem wir zurück in Deutschland waren bekamen wir dann eine E-Mail von GoTo in der uns gesagt wurde, dass uns 25€ wegen Falschparkens und weitere 17€ Bearbeitungsgebühr berechnet wurden, welche auch sofort abgebucht wurden!! Dabei ist anzumerken, dass man mit den GoTo Autos als Fahrer rein technisch gar nicht falsch parken kann, weil man die Autos nur auf den vorgesehenen Parkplätzen abstellen kann oder wenn der Kundenservice die Autos sperrt. Insgesamt haben wir also ein paar hundert Euro für die Betrügerapp des Jahres rausgeworfen! FAZIT: Dreckige und beschädigte Fahrzeuge, extrem schlechter "Kundenservice" und eine riesige KOSTENFALLE! 0 von 5 Sternen!!!

It’s a nice idea and it looks like it’s working fine for a person from Malta, for us it was not possible to make the registration because the phone number is longer than 10 digits, may you change that point in your registration process and we can use the app when we come the next time to Malta until it’s not changes to will only get one star

I use goto a lot, so the product is good - the app is a nightmare. Performance incredibly bad and therefore often unresponsive app. Goto guys: go get a better server and optimise your app. This should not be on the bottom of the priority list.

1) you have to pay 1€ to activate your credit card 2) than you have to choose a plan and prepay minimum 42€ in order to start using the app. Sorry but this is a rip off!!!!!

Adquirí por error un GoPack (pensaba ver las condiciones y sin darme cuenta ya tenía el cargo en mi cuenta, sin ningún aviso). Me di cuenta tras haber realizado un viaje y escribí al servicio técnico para pedir la devolución y pagar la diferencia. Por supuesto, no solo no me han devuelto mi dinero sino que han sido bastante desagradables (fríos, como si no les importase conservar un cliente). Además cobran dos veces: por el uso en horas y por los kilómetros recorridos. Esto no está demasiado claro cuando se contrata por primera vez. Decidí probar GoTo porque me parecía más barato que la competencia pero con la letra pequeña son incluso más más caros. En definitiva, una mala experiencia que no repetiré. Si estás leyendo esto te recomiendo que no descargues esta app y pruebes otras alternativas (he usado bastante Wiblee, Zity y Voltio, nunca he tenido el más mínimo problema con ninguna)
