1. Don’t show free parking place. I have to find it by your self. If you don’t it is your problem. And of course you pay for this searching time. 2. No one monitors the frequency of the salon. So it could be durty and has bad smell. For example somebody left cap a full coffee in our car. 3. Strange system with subscription. You pay for 40 euros and it should be free 15 minutes. But we used it for 72 minutes. According to the price it should be (72-15)*0,26= 14,82 But they charged 16,24 4. You can’t leave the car everywhere you want. You have the do it only in special parking place. But it could be not free or just use by another car, even nor car sharing. So I don’t recommend this app.

App completamente inutile e sviluppata senza alcun senso logico

I don’t understand how this app was approved in the first place, it’s one of the worst, most frustrating and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had to deal with on a device that is supposed to help your day to day life. I am 100% sure no one from the goto staff even uses the application as there is no way they wouldn’t fix all the bugs that have been plaguing the app for more than a year... Now to the review: When you book a car, by the time you walk to it and press “I’m here”, the app will always throw “There has been an error “, you will need to reopen the app, log in again and then unlock the car. Reporting damages doesn’t work, I reported the same critical damage more than 10 times on the same car and it has never popped up in the list of damaged parts, I am talking about the driver side mirror, it’s illegal to drive with a broken one. Locking and unlocking the doors is inverted at times. Writing your pin to unlock the door randomly deletes characters instead of writing them, let’s say your pin is 1234, 90% of the time when you get to the “3” it will delete the 2 instead of writing “3”. Basically everything that the app does is broken to the point where I am not sure how it got even approved in the App Store.

I bought the 42 euros monthly service as a tourist in Malta but at the end of the day I found out they took more than 70 euros from my credit card! Once registered to the app I called the number for making the service active and to choose the plan, the guy on the phone told me I could travel freely but it wasn’t really like that you pay for every km and every min even if you stop. It’s really inconvenient service it is way better to book a car or a motorbike on a physical shop as the prices are more convenient these people from goto are thieves. I’m giving one star but I would rate this less than zero.

Adquirí por error un GoPack (pensaba ver las condiciones y sin darme cuenta ya tenía el cargo en mi cuenta, sin ningún aviso). Me di cuenta tras haber realizado un viaje y escribí al servicio técnico para pedir la devolución y pagar la diferencia. Por supuesto, no solo no me han devuelto mi dinero sino que han sido bastante desagradables (fríos, como si no les importase conservar un cliente). Además cobran dos veces: por el uso en horas y por los kilómetros recorridos. Esto no está demasiado claro cuando se contrata por primera vez. Decidí probar GoTo porque me parecía más barato que la competencia pero con la letra pequeña son incluso más más caros. En definitiva, una mala experiencia que no repetiré. Si estás leyendo esto te recomiendo que no descargues esta app y pruebes otras alternativas (he usado bastante Wiblee, Zity y Voltio, nunca he tenido el más mínimo problema con ninguna)

He reservado una furgoneta de alquiler y al precio propuesto en la publicidad se han añadidos unos costes totalmente escondidos. A ello se le añade que el coche estaba en una condición lamentable con muchos daños y por ello me he visto obligado a contratar un seguro para no tener sorpresas y visto lo visto he acertado.
