It doesn’t work

Works as intended, but doesn’t do more than that

It‘s a shame that the app can only be used inside the UK. I would have liked to pre-book tickets for my trip in August.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m not in the UK or on a non-UK phone, but the app doesn’t allow me to sign in, saying there’s a technical error. I’ve booked my train ticket online for a UK trip and now I can’t get the ticket on my phone, either in the GWR app or into the Apple Wallet. I’m stuck with a very small paper printout from the PDF attached to the confirmation mail and hope the QR code is large enough to be scanned

So to benefit from cheaper advanced fares, use another app.

App is available outside the UK but cannot be used there, or indeed even inside the UK when you have a foreign phone number. You have to connect to WiFi inside the UK to be allowed to use this app. This is breathtaking levels of stupid. Why? Just… why?

I cannot think of another train or travel app where you can only use it inside of the U.K. it is completely bonkers and unjustified.

The app is somehow not usable for non user with a non uk SIM card. It tells I might be trying again when inside uk, seems Cardiff is not UK then. Therefore totally useless, it’s not even usable to lookup the schedule.

This app is terrible. Can’t buy season tickets as it send me to different website. Can’t store season tickets. Season tickets website is as bad as this or even worse as i can’t pay for my tickets so i have to do it at station. App is laggy, slow and need a proper update

Done the usual. Remove and reinstall, restart phone and even restore phone to when the app was working. Nope still crashes.
