I can only echo the other reviews re this app. Error message shown when I try to log on from Norway. Print tickets only option. Apple, plz remove this app!

Visiting from Norway and even though I am in the UK I can’t log in because I have a Norwegian carrier SIM. The LNR app works just fine so there is no reason why the GWR app shouldn’t work. Utterly hopeless so if you are visiting the UK, make sure to get your tickets delivered via e-mail or some other method.

Visiting the UK from Norway, the app still assumes I am outside of the UK. Can’t access my tickets because of it.

I’m using a Norwegian SIM/ISP while in the UK. The GWR app won’t work because it thinks I’m not in the UK, so it’s completely useless.

The app dose not work basically.

Unreliable, logs off faster than any other app. When off, doesn’t allow access to any ticket information and it’s all cloud based. Ignore 5 star reviews, they push users for reviews at moments when they are unlikely to give an honest review. This app is poorly designed and executed from an UX perspective.

Would like to have some more ‘joint’ stations or options. Eg Bristol parkway and Bristol temple meeds listed together as a preference.

Still not that easy to use
