Greyhound: Buy Bus Tickets

The app always changes your chosen arrival date to one day prior one, that’s ludicrous! Also it is not allowed to match a phone number which has more than 10 digits. Currently mine has 11 and what I gonna do now?

I was trying to buy a ticket using Mobile App. But everything went wrong. For example, I was trying to buy a ticket for May, 6. But when I got email confirmation it was May, 5!!! I’m sure, that I chose the right date when I bought it. I had this problem with 3 tickets and I didn’t realize it first. But thank God I noticed that. And I called to Greyhound, but they told me that I need to change ticket for 20$!!! So I lost money because of this app. I will never use it again.

Will never buy greyhound again because of schedule 1002 of Jan 4th. I should be in D.C. two hours ago, and I still in fkn Richmond, with no idea how to handle with this.

I book a bus after long flight but suddenly it was canceled without any reasons. Worst service, dont use it.

Had to insert a Number from a Friend who lives in the US, because my Swiss number would not be recognized. Also the date picker is broken for Jan 22, as there is no 30th and 31st selectable, had to book via the website. The profile is a joke, there is not even a Account number or anything displayed, how do I edit my Profile Details? Way to go Devs …

Ich hatte mir E-Tickets gekauft und wollte diese vor Fahrtantritt zeigen, hatte jedoch keine Internetverbindung. Die App lies sich nicht mehr öffnen und ich musste mich erst mit einem Wifi verbinden, damit ich die Tickets vorzeigen konnte. Von daher gibt es nur zwei Sterne, der Rest hat problemlos funktioniert.

This app is useless. Not working at all.
