The app constantly freezes and says you have an error. It so so frustrating.

Always freezes and picture doesn’t come in very slow at loading. app works better with Amazon prime

This app is so unbelievably frustrating. It’s glitchy and unreliable. It routinely closes or forces you to quit, and it doesn’t remember where you actually were in the show when you restart. If it weren’t the only way I can watch housewives in Canada, I would never bother with it.

It’s not visually distinct enough to change episodes between seasons. I accidentally will change seasons instead of episodes often. Where i left off is inaccurate for the correct episode and time i stopped which is so annoying because I have to manually find it. My shows should be the first row on the homepage, as this is the most used function.

Such a frustrating app. Need to delete and reload after each use as it glitches every single time.

This app has great content but the application itself is horribly built. It crashes nearly constantly.

The developers of this garbage have given zero effort to user experience. Every time I use the app I literally say to may self ‘This app is the worst’ Why does it take 6 button presses to pause, why does it say ‘Hide player Controller’ every time I start or pause a show? Why does it block the screen, why is it so hard to close that stupid overlay. Why is the entire experience so unintuitive? How is it possible that after so many years this app is still so terrible. Why does HayU care so little about its customer experience? Crazy.

Love this app normally, but recently it’s impossible to use. Every 2 mins — playback error — this never used to happen I tried updating the app and re-signing in. Driving me crazy.

App has loads of ‘errors’, app sometimes doesn’t play episodes. Worst streaming app I have ever used. Only reason I keep it is because there isn’t another app that has all the reality TV.

I love Hayu solely for the shows and range of shows it offers. There have been some bugs in the past and the one still lurking is that sometimes the show doesn’t save the spot you were on when you close the app or website, but it’s been improving in my opinion. The one thing I wish for is that it becomes available as an app on other things like a ps5. Because sometimes I just wanna watch it on the tv instead of my phone or laptop, even though the laptop can be connected to the tv it would still just be easier to have an app you know? That’s the only thing I ask for 😂 please work your magic because I love yall ❤️
