Cant watch a single thing right now. So many error messages. This app is horrible, even just the whole set up of it is irritating.

Constantly crashing, downloads get deleted. Don’t waste your money. There’s other places to watch these shows.

These guys promised 1 free trail and still charged me. Never using this again. what a scam

I had an issue where my itunes subscription was not coming through, and the website was telling me to subscribe, and I ended up paying twice for one month. When emailing Hayu support, i was left with no help on this issue, and was constantly redirected to “cancel my itunes subscription”. After 3 emails back and forth with Hayu support I gave up and requested a refund from itunes, which i recieved within 24 hours. Hayu support was no help at all, and I would suggest subscribing only through itunes, as Hayu support will not help with any of your concerns.

Have used the app on MULTIPLE devices and it functions the same on every single one. If you come into the app to pick up a show where you left off, it ALWAYS starts an episode or two behind. so you’re constantly having to change the episode. It also pops up an “Error to produce video” multiple times in a day if you try to binge watch something. So you’re also constantly having to reset the show. And the first time I had it downloaded on my Xbox I had to delete the software after a few weeks because it refused to play AT ALL - After 2 weeks of not having the software on my Xbox I reinstalled it and it’s never happened again like that thankfully. But this app definitely could use some love and updates on the developers side.

The shows are great however just watch on prime instead. This app is terrible. Glitches allll the time then when I have to re open it doesn’t remember where I last left off. I’ll download shows and all of a sudden they disappear. I can’t wait till my subscription is up so I don’t have to deal with this anymore

The app is the worst because you always have sound difficulties (playing 2 episodes at the same time) and the app never remembers where you where on a episode last time you watched it…. Very frustrating….. was way easier on the Prime app…. Always have to get out of the app and come back in…. I’m from Canada

Love the shows, the app itself is terrible. Constantly glitching, sending errors, and my downloaded shows get deleted constantly. I regularly have to close and restart the app. Pls fix it I wanna watch real housewives in PEACE

No complaint about the content. This review is 100% for the App I am constantly getting messages “your internet connection is lost” (when it’s not) and the screen goes black. Or .. I will be the only one at home, in one room watching something and a message comes up “too many devices streaming”. This thing is constantly crashing. I have deleted and reinstalled it more times than I can count. Been a subscriber for two year now .. hoping that someday some one from NBC/Universal will fix it. Oh … and it also doesn’t save your spot. So if you pause and turn everything off and open it up in a couple of days, you hah to remember where you were. Worst streaming app out there (I have 12 others and have never had such issues with any of them)

Ive been trying to unsubscribe for a couole months now. The app tells me that i need to renew which i did not do but they are still charging me and there no way to call anyone, only email and so far nothing is being done. I dont recommend signing up for this. Also, im being told i have to cancel through itines, but i didnt sign up through itunes.
