Cuts out constantly
Cuts out all the time, just subscribed and cannot watch anything. Logged in online in safari and doesn’t recognise my sub and wants to me to pay again to watch even though same account. Nightmare.
Never loads the right ‘continue watching’ shows
The most annoying app. Never loads the right shows under ‘continue watching’ - either keeps episodes you’ve completed but rolls them back halfway through, or doesn’t bring up the new eps of shows you’re waiting to see. Don’t even get me started on how badly it works on my smart Tv too

It’s not working can’t watch anything keeps saying error
App doesn’t work
My app does not load the majority of the time and freezes
Logged me out and not letting me log back in
I’m on a free trial and it logged me out and won’t left me log back in to my account and when I do it says I have no subscription! This is very wrong.
The app is genuinely SO bad
It’s great to have all my shows in one place, but the app is incredibly unreliable to the point of not being functional really. It’s been this way for years and I’m curious why the app’s performance isn’t being prioritized to improve user experience.
Doesn’t work on iOS
Ever since renewing my subscription the app doesn’t work, it either won’t even load or it’ll load to the home page and won’t let me click on any videos. Contacted the support team who said they’re aware however 10 days on it is still not working
So glitchy
The app is extremely glitchy. It is the only app on my devices that freezes continuously and always needs to be closed and reopened. The subtitles for all the shows are super delayed from when they speak. And its the only tv app which doesnt stop playing a series after not having any interaction for a while, unlike netflix disney etc. I only use the app because I have to but it is the most frustrating app to use

While I love the content, the app is incredibly glitchy and I struggle to watch anything without interrupting, be it error messages or just closing unexpectedly
