订阅了一年 前半年用的好好的 后面有一次网卡搞退出帐号了 然后怎么登也登不进原来的账号 本来就是用apple注册购买的 登录进去一直报错 希望解决一下

对心理学不了解的人建议慎用
个人亲身经历，我从18年下半年开始接触正念的概念，同时开始使用headspace，不过当时因为对这方面完全没有了解，把握自身情绪的能力比较差，所以在练习的时候经常不自觉地紧张、恐慌，以至于对注意到自己呼吸这件事产生了严重的紧张情绪，在19年初某晚出现panic attack，困扰我数年之久。现在经过自身不断调整辅以心理疏导，情况有很大缓解，我也逐渐意识到当初在无知的情况下贸然尝试引导式正念对我带来的伤害。希望大家不要重蹈我的覆辙，至少经过初步了解觉得适合自己再尝试。

中国无法访问App内容
App可以打开，但是音视频内容无法下载更新，总是显示网络问题，请开发人员更新设置代理，我们公司为几万人买了会员，用不了实在太浪费钱了。
