With the free HealthForYou app, you can always monitor your health at a glance. Hand-written notes about optimum blood pressure or weight are a thing of the past – with the HealthForYou app, all your data is collected conveniently in a single application.
In the modern cockpit, you can see all areas in an overview:
- Blood pressure
- Temperature
- Weight
- Activity
- Water
- Sleep
- Pulse oximeter
You can constantly keep an eye on a summary of all your health values such as oxygen saturation of the blood, blood pressure, weight or body temperature. The activity area helps you to make sure that you walk enough steps every day and that your body moves enough. Good sleep is also important for a healthy body – with the HealthForYou app, you can always keep an eye on your sleep data.
In the water area, you can record and monitor your daily drinking patterns.
In all areas there are progress graphs and tables with measured values to provide you with an overview of your health.
When registering, you can select the practical multi-user function to use the app for the whole family.
If you want you can also share your data with Apple Health.

Stopped working iPhone 12 Pro
iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 15.4, I can no longer sync my sbm67 with the app. It was working fine with my iPhone 11.
Do not have correct info
All info are completely wrong
Terrible activity tracker
Bought this silver crest activity tracker SAS 88 from Lidl recently it’s a terrible activity tracker the app won’t sync with my iPhone 7 properly it won’t update the correct time and date from my iPhone
Thermometer
Poor synchronicity between device and BT app. Date and time not syncing. Device is complex to use, switching functions to forehead reading should be simple but not straight forward at all. Changing reading from Fahrenheit to Degrees Celsius also complex.
Needs major improvement
Bought fitness tracker from Lidl 2 weeks ago, returned it today & got my money back. Very frustrating to use. Inaccurate step count, even the health app on my phone counts more steps and I don’t carry it with me everywhere. As for the sleep app, I know I don’t sleep particularly well but I do sleep more than 1hr 20 mins a night. It stops tracking my sleep after I wake during the night even tho I go back to sleep. Synchronisation can take up to 2 minutes ! Don’t waste your money on this.
Why is it so useless?
Not even able to login to the app when you’re entering the correct login details.... email technical help and they tell me my account is active and if I need to reset my password I can. I don’t need to reset my password. The app simply doesn’t allow you to login. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Sort out your app please
Why only lbs
Why doesn’t this do kg as weight rather than just lbs ?? This is not the USA. It doesn’t even weigh in stones and lbs
Excellent
When I first downloaded it, it went well, and everything was working. This only now there there was difficulty with the app, I uninstalled it and downloading it. Then turned my phone off and turn it back on. Since two days ago it’s working fine again. It’s not accurate. But if it’s gets the attention it needs to improve. It could get better.
