I bought a blood pressure monitor with bluetooth capability which uses this app in order to store the data in apple health app like all my other health related data. Unfortunately the app does not sync with apple health even though it is turned on and given access in the settings. This makes it really uncomfortable to use.

The app crashes constantly. Logging out automatically, you always must enter the username and password every time you want to use it

Reporting an application A health application not needs to be a bank account. The authentication process is very difficult, thinking this app ruling on the small screen phone. The password condition (minimum 10 characters, an Upper case, a special character and a number) is very solicitant for an old age user to establish it. And typing it erroneous is very usual for an old age user. Why only 3 attempts then the account is blocked? I understand the account protection, but this is exaggerated. Protection from myself? I advice any user to not buy devices powered by this bad application.

In momentul in care deschid aplicatia imi apare eroare ca versiunea nu este updatata, dar nu am posibilitate de update. Am facut update la ultimul soft de Iphone zilele trecute. Rog verificare

Tried resetting password etc. website says it lost connection, app says an unknown error occured. First attempt 3 weeks back was ok, then I did another measurement with the smart scale 2 weeks ago, since then it does not connect and I cannot really track the data. The scale works though, but even that last time needed 2 attempts, the first one being 1.5 kg higher both for me and wife when the scale started up on 2 different occasions. After that numbers were ok. Pretty buggy, that’s why the 1 star. Itdoes not do much but at least that is buggy. Disappointing.
