With the free HealthForYou app, you can always monitor your health at a glance. Hand-written notes about optimum blood pressure or weight are a thing of the past – with the HealthForYou app, all your data is collected conveniently in a single application.
In the modern cockpit, you can see all areas in an overview:
- Blood pressure
- Temperature
- Weight
- Activity
- Water
- Sleep
- Pulse oximeter
You can constantly keep an eye on a summary of all your health values such as oxygen saturation of the blood, blood pressure, weight or body temperature. The activity area helps you to make sure that you walk enough steps every day and that your body moves enough. Good sleep is also important for a healthy body – with the HealthForYou app, you can always keep an eye on your sleep data.
In the water area, you can record and monitor your daily drinking patterns.
In all areas there are progress graphs and tables with measured values to provide you with an overview of your health.
When registering, you can select the practical multi-user function to use the app for the whole family.
If you want you can also share your data with Apple Health.

cela fait à peine un que je l’ai soit que je ne sais pas m’en servir mais dès que je m’éloigne du téléphone elle se déconnecte donc ne calcule plus les pas obligé de réactiver le Bluetooth comment faire

Bonjour Aucune détection du Bluetooth avec un iPhone 14 Bonne journée
Pas de mesures autre que le poids
Je viens d’acquérir une sbf77 j’ai suivi toutes les instructions connection Bluetooth , app allumée lors de la mesure. Rien n’y fait, le poids s’affiche mais aucune mesure eau, graisse etc n’est prise. J’ai un iPhone SE 2020 iOS 17.41. Pouvez vous me dire si il y a incompatibilité ? Merci
Mode sommeil
Bjr impossible de connecter ma montre en mode sommeil, sinon le reste fonctionne demande de code, fait Merci si vous pouvez me renseigner ce que je dois faire.
gadget au fonctionnement aléatoire
Après des jours passés à essayer de faire fonctionner le couple SilverCrest SBM70 et cette appli, je renonce ! et reviens au relevé manuel avec Excel, pour la sûreté des relevés : la santé est un bien trop précieux pour la confier à une technologie mal conçue, instable, au fonctionnement aléatoire et mal maîtrisé. Je n’ai plus de temps à perdre à tenter de faire fonctionner des applications mal conçues
Silver Crest à bannir
Je n’ai pas vraiment eu l’occasion de tester l’application, puisque le thermomètre Silver Crest ne présente que des données aléatoires, quel que soit le mode de fonctionnement. De plus, des piles neuves ne tiennent qu’une journée ! C’est la première fois que je suis aussi déçu d’un produit Silver Crest.
