Feeling disappointed with the app. Can’t link the booking to the account, can’t retrieve my booking, can’t proceed with the check-in via app. While trying to print the boarding pass using the web version, can’t obtain it.

Viaggio da anni e non mi è mai capitato di trovare un sito peggiore di questo. Utilizzatelo solamente come ultima spiaggia perché è veramente pessimo. Una vergogna!

Can’t online check in under iphone 16 max pto, please fix it asap 🧐

程式內不能輸入正確電話號碼，只可以輸入六位數字，令到乘客未能成功手機預辦登機

要人哋登入買機票，然後keep住話個電郵唔正確驗證完點樣唔正確 又話要去官網買返 勁廢

It always stuck in the step of changing passenger numbers. And it’s never succeed to link up with CX membership, always error.

更新完，登入都出現error 叫我稍後再試。。。。

我用email登記亦完成認證，但到買機票時就要我改email,但個一格又灰咗唔俾人改，即係想點

The app failed to save my family’s passenger details correctly. We entered our passport’s issuing region correctly, but the app automatically changed it to another country in the online check-in screen. This happens to the date of birth as well. We tried to change them back, but the app cannot process the changes saying that we need to fill in all mandatory fields despite all fields have already been filled in. We end up waiting in a long queue for physical check-in and passengers next to me said they experienced the same issue as well.
