Feeling disappointed with the app. Can’t link the booking to the account, can’t retrieve my booking, can’t proceed with the check-in via app. While trying to print the boarding pass using the web version, can’t obtain it.

Still cannot login after update

The app has abnormal charging time. Not only on my mobile, but also computer. This is annoying.

Not sure if it’s about using Ipohone SE, seems that things are not 100% compact. When I try to scan my passport, the creek cannot show the process button at the bottom. And been now, then. I am trying to type the comment, the words are not shown on screen (I rely on my instincts to type!) Please fix the bugs and also, this app often die in the middle of the process, not stable enough as a travel app.

I made a review to complaint about the mandatory login so as to use the app to search flight. I don’t know why I can’t see my review. It’s definitely not convenient, and why I have to registered certain emails or social media so that I can use the app!

Update 完個app，無得用國泰會員入都算，註冊囉，但入唔到呢！㩒前往或稍後都係跳返去登入，這是你們特意設計的嗎？再㩒返註冊，更加無反應，想點呢？ 我班機聽日朝早，今日玩左全部都入唔到去，啲咁緊要既野先出現問題，同你哋飛機未檢清潔就拎去飛無咩分別？ 有，公司唔洗賠就可以得失

Fix it 😐 Not able to sign up or login as an airline app , im speechless.

如果可以，千祈唔好揀坐hk express，真心廢。

The app lacks some functions and asks to back and forth several times.

All information is captured but the issueing authority which is HKSAR not mainland but no amendments allowed after scanning
