Horrible app. Takes 14 days to fix an issue that happened because of their errors. Playing with our money.

I’ve been using the HNB Digital Banking app for a long time and love its features, but after the recent iOS 18 update, I noticed that the app icons haven’t been updated to match the new dark mode for icons. It would be great if the developers could update the icons to fit with the latest iOS design. Apart from that, the app works smoothly and continues to be a convenient tool for managing my banking needs.

Extremely convenient and good app. Only restriction from completely transform from other digital bank to HNB is security about debit and credit card. There’s no option to block cards from app. Some banks even have how much you can spend in a one transaction. Ita a serious risk if you lost credit card and unable to contact bank to disable. Please bring option to limit how much we can spend in one transaction from credit card. Then this app will be a banger

A great banking app. But a method to share the banking details would be very helpful and necessary.

I've used three other banking apps, and compared to them, this one is great. Initially, I was unsatisfied because I couldn't search for beneficiaries when trying to make a transfer. However, they later enabled this feature, and now I love this app. They even provide an option to view transactions for a selected beneficiary, which I haven't noticed in other banks. If HNB could link our card to the banking app like other banks, such as Commercial Bank or NTB, this app would reach another level.

I am a IT and UX professional. When I using any app I always consider the user experience. I found so many cool and very interesting features in this app. Actually none of other apps are better than this. This is my honest review. Good job HNB dev team❤️
