Bought 4 years ago and worked perfectly. Latest app update has made the timeline stop working. I’m hoping a fix is on the way. I will check the memory card in the mean time.

With each new release of the redesign there are more and more bugs, is there any software QA team at Netatmo!

I made the mistake of purchasing a Netatmo Video Doorbell. Despite spending money to get an electrician to modify the power supply to the very specific voltage, it’s never been reliable. The app is appalling and says everything about this company. They do care one bit. Customer Service is pathetic. So sorry I pressed “purchase” for this over-priced piece of junk.

We only have the doorbell and the app is extremely buggy. Every other day the doorbell disconnects, sometimes takes a day to reconnect. The app itself doesn’t always respond on time, at times 5 min after someone was at the door and videos can’t be downloaded or loaded so we still can’t see who was at the door etc…

Since recent updates the app doesn’t play the recordings anymore. It has also gotten slow in notifying of a person spotted or bel rung: in one case it was over 10min later that we got notifications on the app

have a doorbell camera and it worked now it doesnt i try to reach them which is very hard and they dont have a fix for it i even bought a transformer so i fix my problem still no fix i dont recommend netatmo to anyone cause customer support is very bad

Video doorbell sometimes works. Tech support very slow to come back. A lot of complaints online about this no video on this App but works on HomeKit. Updates not fixing problem and no solutions online. Very disappointed

I have one doorbell and 2 outdoor cameras using this app. The doorbell is bad in terms of network connectivity. The 3 cameras could have better video quality on live stream. It’s always pixelated video on live even with good network connection. The recorded video has good quality. The notifications take more time than you would expect. Sometimes I get the notification and the mail guy has already gone. I was expecting more for the price range of these products specially the doorbell.

Hey this app could do with video settings to adjust exposure and colour etc. Video is over exposed alot. Unable to record video using HomeKit secure video. Tried everything reinstalled everything still will not record to apple HomeKit security Thanks
