Camera extérieure Netatmo avec sirène
Bon produit , seul bémol , le son et le volume non modifiable via IPhone. Du coup , l’alerte pendant le sommeil est trop courte et trop faible. Espérons que cette évolution IOS ou Home +Security ne va pas tarder !

Et encore des problèmes avec Netatmo Security… comme toujours… depuis 1 mois, là reconnaissance faciale ne fonctionne plus… l’alarme sonne dès que je rentre chez moi! J’adore Netatmo Security! C’est ironique

L’application est basique comme aux débuts d’internet, c’est vraiment surprenant pour des milliers d’utilisateurs dans le monde !! On est en 2025, la domotique est là, on est en attente de mises à jour pour contrôler davantage son portail, établir des scénarios, se connecter avec son iPhone et l’application HomeKit, Siri, les raccourcis…. La base en 2025, surtout à ce prix !!
Très efficace
Ravi de cet achat, de réglage facile, désormais tout intrus sera remarqué, même les chatons (sans avoir sélectionné les notifications, donc pas de bruit) en balade la nuit se font surprendre…
Impossible de connecter au wifi avec version 6.2.0
Quand on veut connecter à internet un nouvel interphone class100x, l’application Home+Security version 6.2 sur iOS 18.1 ne récupère plus le SSID du wifi, elle indique « cet accessoire sera configuré pour accéder à ce réseau : Inconnu. » alors que la version précédente fonctionnait. Heureusement que cela fonctionne sur l’iPadOS 18.2 Et autre problème le mot de passe du wifi doit faire moins de 30 caractères sinon la connexion échoue avec un message d’erreur « signal devenu trop faible » qui n’aide pas à trouver la raison de l’échec de connexion.
Impossible d’installer une caméra intérieure dans l’appli
Bonjour, J’ai du désinstaller et réinstaller une de mes caméras intérieures mais alors qu’elle s’installent bien dans HomeKit, l’installation dans l’application plante systématiquement avec le message suivant après s’être connecté à la box : « Nous n'avons pas pu trouver votre produit après plusieurs tentatives. » Notifications push très en retard par rapport à HomeKit
