Hello team, I am new user to Honda link trying to register…A pop up with experience if technical difficulties is displaying since a week. This app should be fixed, before starting the services I am facing troubles will see what happen after I get registered. Thanks Shashi

Never worked from day one it always says new version on App Store I have deleted the app multiple times and re downloaded and it NEVER WORKS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I’ve been using Hondalink for about two years now and only a couple of months ago, it stopped working. The remote start feature, and all the other remote control features stopped working, and I had already paid in advance for them. I contacted Honda support twice and it took them about a month to get back to me only to tell me that I had to take the car to the dealership because of a telematics issue. I have yet to take the car to the dealership because I barely have time. My car is at 2021 Honda Odyssey touring. My cell phone is an iPhone 15 max pro on iOS 18 beta. I’ve started thinking about actually approaching a lemon lawyer to see if I can get some money back as I was advised that this is a functionality issue with the vehicle and it’s not even five years old

I pay $10 a month for the remote start every single month. Every single month it malfunctions. There is no point to have the app and pay for it for it not to work. I’m constantly reaching out to HondaLink to fix the issue. it’s showing that I don’t have the remote start package when obviously I do. No updates or anything. So annoying.

While trying to log in, app will not log me in and asks if I forgot password when password was not forgotten not changed.

It would be nice to actually track your car. There are very basic functions for an elevated price.

Beware! HONDA IS SELLING DRIVER DATA TO INSURANCE COMPANIES VIA THIS APP.

It doesn’t always connect which is a bummer but most of the time I’ve found this app to be extremely useful when it comes to remote start and it’s gotten me out of a bind when I left the keys in the vehicle before!

Takes forever to update on my Prologue and it seems unless it’s updated the remote start or lock commands fail. I so often just don’t bother with it that it makes that feature completely useless.
