Many visits with adequate rewards the employee is unable to use my rewards for some reason. They just shrug their shoulders.

So, I’ve been seeing this on TikTok. I was super excited to find that we was going to have one opening in town. Me and my girls went for the first time and loved it!! We will definitely be back and I will be getting gallon next time 😍.

I love HteaO and get it all the time. But every single time I go I give them the app, they scan it. And yet it never shows on the app that I have “drips” or points. I’ve spent so many trips getting zero rewards because this app doesn’t work.

First time visited the Lafayette Louisiana today and was pleasantly surprised at all the choices. The price was also great considering I purchased the Huge! So great to have this new addition to Lafayette!

Love HTeaO but for the last four or five months (I go roughly once a week), no barcode will scan for me. Always the same message of “oops that’s an invalid barcode, scan the one at the bottom of your receipt” while scanning the (correct and ONLY) barcode at the bottom of the receipt. Usually, I have to manually enter the barcode number, but my most recent receipt doesn’t have a barcode number listed under it.

Just saw this on a facebook ad and downloaded it. I selected my store and when I went to try to start an order, the store location is nowhere to be found and I get a message that it’s not available. Highly disappointed

Great Tea! It is so refreshing! My favorite is sweet peach ginger green tea! Still have to try out the coffee but I already heard it’s really good!! Also they have protein bars! Thanks HTeaO!!

Store just opened. Got the unsweetened blueberry tea/ mixed 50/50 with sweetened blueberry green tea. Perfect!
