First of all, if you added payment method, and leave Country, you cannot cancel this method. Just in app, but if you Log out and dont have phone number - you lost. Customer service can not cancel you membership or payment method Second: vouchers. You have vouchers, but you can not use it. And you dont have any information about how you can so it 🤯

As an International student, this is my worst experience, last time I & my friend order a food an it’s arrived after 2 hours and the delivery guy didn’t come my our place but he asked us to come to his position. Today, I order something and it happened again, the worst thing is the delivery guy can’t speak english, he ask me to come to his place and it’s quite far, so I just let him take my food and go.. no need a food from this app anymore, uninstalled. thank you!

It doesnt cover ajyad area? Like really? In front of a big road? Like why?

I just order my food but just because the access to my hotel is crowded the driver didn’t send my order ( in a fact there is a option left the order in front of the door) but the driver don’t understand I don’t know. I try to call him but the driver ignored my call and messages. I try to report to the call centre but there is no answer anymore, and I am still waiting my order till now lol 😂 - just fix your hospitality please !
