First of all, if you added payment method, and leave Country, you cannot cancel this method. Just in app, but if you Log out and dont have phone number - you lost. Customer service can not cancel you membership or payment method Second: vouchers. You have vouchers, but you can not use it. And you dont have any information about how you can so it 🤯

Cancelled my order after waiting for 3 hours. Couldn’t even contact a customer support person.

i orderd Maestro Pizza from HungerStation, even being the first user they said “first users gets free delivery “ they still charged me for delivery. Other then that its fast & good.

I didnt recieve my order. How come if u cannot come inside aramco on my location then why did u recieve my order

So we waited almost 3 hours for order Instead of looking into the situation and practicing transparency, the support employee decided to lie to us, told us that the rider has been changed and the new rider is on his way, he and made us wait, even though the order was not even placed or received by the restaurant. The order was placed at 1:28 PM and on 3:18 they decided to inform us that the order will be cancelled. Unprofessional, this is not an employee error, this is a poor management issue, the customers trust you to be honest and deliver without delays. Please do better, I have to walk all the way to the restaurant now as a woman, thanks to hunger stations poor system.
