Worst delivery, worst experience

As an International student, this is my worst experience, last time I & my friend order a food an it’s arrived after 2 hours and the delivery guy didn’t come my our place but he asked us to come to his position. Today, I order something and it happened again, the worst thing is the delivery guy can’t speak english, he ask me to come to his place and it’s quite far, so I just let him take my food and go.. no need a food from this app anymore, uninstalled. thank you!

It doesnt cover ajyad area? Like really? In front of a big road? Like why?

The driver didn’t send my order 🥵

I just order my food but just because the access to my hotel is crowded the driver didn’t send my order ( in a fact there is a option left the order in front of the door) but the driver don’t understand I don’t know. I try to call him but the driver ignored my call and messages. I try to report to the call centre but there is no answer anymore, and I am still waiting my order till now lol 😂 - just fix your hospitality please ! Cash Payment

Would you like please add again cash in delivery payment. It’s difficult for us to order without any credit or debit card. Maybe you can add stc payment also so it will be easy for us. Thank you
