Keeta has better options, better service and the best offers

I was offered free delivery and vouchers if I subscribe to plus. I subscribed, got a voucher for Spotify. I downloaded a food app not music app. On top of that they still charged me delivery, when I contacted support, they said, oh, it was for selected restaurants only. In one day, I paid 23 sar for one delivery and 13 sar for another on top of the 23 sar subscription fee I was charged. This amounts to 59 SAR. That’s as much amount as the food I ordered. That’s insane. Now, I installed another app called Keeta and they offer free deliveries for all restaurants. That too without asking me to pay for plus. Avoid HungerStation and try out the alternatives, they’re way more transparent and don’t scam you with their marketing tactics.

Error: something went wrong. I have the right internet, I tried with three payment methods and have been trying to place order for 30 minutes but it’s not working.

amazing app but poor market. All of the items on their list for food are pricey. each product is expensive as compared to original menu of restaurant. they promote free delivery and 10 SAR off voucher but each product you order from any restaurant is almost 10% expensive. Very Poor

They gave me a refund voucher at 5:00AM that expired within 30 minutes.

Terrible experience. What is the use of ordering online if you need to wait for the rush to get over.

Its shameful act where rider said that i am saudi i will not come up but you are indian you have to come down to collect your food …

They are looting people. I complained for missing items, instead of refund they suspended my account.
