One video visit works the next one DONT and you waste your whole ten min trying to connect for it to cancel the visit

Can’t even log in can’t schedule a visit

This is the most worthless company/service known to man. Does not work. But will happily take your money to not work anyway. Three visits in a row that haven’t worked or took most of the visit time to connect. Worthless.

constantly crashed. 10 times in a row at different points in the connection. completely white background and completely white text making no feedback. and they charge the inmate for this regardless of it working!!!

The app works when it wants to. Each time a visit is scheduled, the meeting only works for a couple of minutes and then goes out.

I have checked my internet speeds, it’s at 558. Really good. All other devices in home are shut down, sitting on 5G right next to router and still being told speeds are too slow. This option is COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! Don’t waste the freakin money. Total waste of money and time. Should be kicked off the App Store to be honest.

Needs updated. Apple needs to remove from App Store till they have updated it

Scheduled an appointment for the first time and it didn’t work! It kept logging me out! This seriously needs to be fixed. Super frustrating.

Prepare yourself for disappointment!! It rarely ever works. Once every 10 visits, maybe!! And it’s like pulling teeth to get your money back! Absolutely frustrating! Way to expensive to fail so often!

Hello I have been using this app to visit with an inmate and the app always turns off at random times, I don’t like the 5 minute grace period because with other competitors such as Securus if you pay for a visit you have up until the visit ends to log in. I do not like that it charges more than its competitor securus is $5 and it doesn’t have nearly as many issues. The app needs bug fixes, glitches, and minimum 10-15 minutes after visit starts to login at least give a person a chance before taking 5.88 cent from us! App updates need to happen on a weekly basis and if there to cheap then semi monthly basis for the best results.
